MOSFET Solutions for Battery Management
Low-voltage MOSFETs provide controlled charge, discharge and protection paths between the battery pack and the connected system.

How MOSFETs Protect and Control a Battery Pack
The battery controller monitors the pack and drives back-to-back MOSFETs in the main current path. The switches connect normal charge and discharge current, then isolate the pack when unsafe conditions are detected.
Battery Cells
Series and parallel cells store the energy used by the connected system.
Measurement & Control
The controller monitors pack conditions and decides when current may safely flow.
Back-to-Back MOSFETs
MOSFETs connect or isolate the charge and discharge paths in both directions.
Protected System Output
The load receives controlled battery power while the pack remains protected.
MOSFET Options for Battery Protection Paths

Low-Voltage MOSFETs
For charge, discharge and protection switches where low conduction loss and board space matter.

N-Channel MOSFETs
A broad product path for battery disconnect, pre-charge and bidirectional switching functions.
